NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE HIMSELF FEELS

In this situation, one can experience very intense and negative emotions such as anger, fear, guilt, or shame. Accepting these emotions can be difficult. Understanding that others in the same situation have experienced the same thing helps in accepting these painful feelings. Peer sharing can facilitate acceptance and understanding of one's feelings, but sometimes the child's experience is so intertwined with that of their parent, sibling, or other close relative that professional support may be necessary.

There are places to connect with other young people who are experiencing a similar situation or to receive support from a professional.
