The Twig Break
The association works to prevent the isolation of young carers, promote equal opportunities, and support their mental health. It is based on peer support: assistance between young people who are supportive or former young carers who understand this reality and support those experiencing it today.
Brindille's break adopts a "go-to" approach by investing in the channels that young people use: Instagram and TikTok.

Brind'Ecoute: A space for individual, anonymous and free listening, as well as video exchange groups with other young carers, and a dedicated private group on Instagram for daily exchanges.
Brind'Partage: Activities for young carers adapted to their age (escape game, yoga, crafts, etc.).
Brindille Embassy: A welcoming space for listening and sharing within schools and youth centers. Any young person wishing to get involved can become a Brindille ambassador and contribute to raising awareness about young carers.
